Q3. Is Lensopee available all over India?
👉 Currently, Lensopee focuses on Rajasthan and nearby regions, but it will expand to a pan-India service soon.

Q4. How can I book a videographer on Lensopee?
👉 Simply post your project on Lensopee.com, browse videographers’ profiles and portfolios, and book directly or start a conversation.

Q5. Is booking on Lensopee secure?
👉 Yes. Payments are held securely by Lensopee and are only released to the videographer after client confirmation.

Q6. Does Lensopee suggest the right budget or packages?
👉 Yes, you can filter videographers by your budget, and Lensopee provides smart recommendations.

Q7. What if the videographer doesn’t show up?
👉 In such cases, Lensopee’s Client Protection Policy applies — you will either get a replacement videographer or a refund.

Q8. How can I join Lensopee as a creator?
👉 Go to the “studio partnership” section, create your profile, upload your portfolio, and start receiving work.

Q9. How much commission does Lensopee charge?
👉 Lensopee charges a small platform fee (commission) on each successful booking. The rest of the payment goes directly to the studio.

Q10. Is there a guarantee of getting work on Lensopee?
👉 It depends on your profile, portfolio, and market demand. However, Lensopee helps increase your visibility and client reach.

Q11. Can I manage my existing clients through Lensopee?
👉 Yes, you can use Lensopee as a client management tool to ensure safe payments and contracts.

Q12. How does payment work on Lensopee?
👉 Clients make an advance payment into Lensopee’s secure escrow system. The payment is released to the creator only after the project is completed. but as of now we doesn’t take any payment , it is between studio and client only.

Q13. What is the refund policy?
👉 If the studio fails to complete the work or breaches the agreement, Lensopee processes refunds as per policy.

Q14. Can I pay in installments or EMI?
👉 Currently, EMI options are not available, but this feature will be introduced soon.
